We are a full service maintenance company that has served
hundreds of families and business over the past 8 years. We have
operated primarily under the name Preventive Maintenance during
this time. We have recently added the name West Michigan
Property Services because this name better describes the wide
variety of services that we offer our customers.

We are also a family operated company and we strive to uphold
biblical values in all of our activities from the work we perform the
language we use to how we communicate with and bill our clients.

Our business has grown steadily over the past 8 years because we
try to communicate well with our customers, we take pride in doing
our work with excellence, and we do our very best to keep the
maintenance costs of our customers to a minimum. Some of our
customers have used our services only one time but the majority of
our customers have called us back for a wide variety of projects.
Most of our customers seem to appreciate knowing that one phone
call will most often get their problem or question resolved correctly.

We have also found many individuals in our area that do excellent
work and charge a fair price for their products/services. We are
doing our best to identify more of these businesses so we can pass
on these names when our customers have other special needs that
we may not have the time or expertise to handle ourselves.

Having 18+ years experience at Amway and 25 years experience
in multiple construction trades, I have seen first hand the benefits
of practicing “preventive maintenance”. I am convinced that
“preventative maintenance” can be implemented at the residential
level in order to keep maintenance costs to a minimum and to
greatly reduce the number and severity of surprises that confront
most home owners. This is exactly why we have started our new
Monthly Inspection and Service Program.
