Monthly Inspection and Service Program


We are very excited to offer this new service program.  We
have served hundreds of customers over the past 8 years,
working as Preventive Maintenance.  This experience has
convinced us that a monthly inspection and service program
will save most home owners a lot of money and reduce many
of the expensive surprises that confront most home owners.

Keeping up on the maintenance and repair needs of the
average home can be very overwhelming due to work, family
or traveling. The need for bulky equipment to meet repair
needs can also become an issue for storage and cost.  The
results can mean that many projects are left undone for long
periods of time costing the home owner thousands of dollars.

Who can benefit the most from the monthly inspection
and service agreement?

  • People with large homes who are already too busy.

  • People who have a home in a heavily wooded area.

  • People who are considering moving into a condo setting
    but would prefer to stay in their current home.

Our service program will inspect the outside of your home
from top to bottom, once a month for 12 months.  Monthly
reports will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to us
making communication easy while you are home, at the office,
or traveling.  When needed, digital pictures can be used to
document our work and show you exactly what we are talking
about.

We will normally budget 60 minutes for each location (10
minutes travel time, 30 minutes for inspection and small
projects and 20 minutes for communication time).  We will also
keep a log on each property showing the history of repairs  as
well as any other special concerns the property owner may
want to share.  We also ask permission to complete any critical
repairs found during the inspection which may be over and
above the inspection fee.

As part of the inspection program we will help the property
owner identify upcoming projects, reducing the number of
surprises a home owners faces and allowing more time for
budgeting.  Permission is needed to complete any "non
critical" project work that is above and beyond what we can
complete during the inspection time.

In addition to the Exterior Inspection and Service agreements
we will be offering a one time home SAFETY INSPECTION
which includes a licensed electrician.  

Interior service projects can also be scheduled 2 times a year.  
This service includes:

  • Changing furnace filter

  • Changing water filters

  • Checking and cleaning vents

  • Checking and cleaning dryer vents

  • Checking plumbing for leaks
