Services Provided
Most customers know us as Preventive Maintenance.  We
have served hundreds of families and businesses over
the past 8 years.  The following is a list of services we
have provided:

  • Roofing (shingles, steel and flat roofing); repairs,
    cleaning (debris, moss and roof stains, zinc strips,
    new installations, valley and skylight repairs, fascia
    and soffit repairs and installation.

  • Gutters; seamless gutters installed, repairs,
    cleaning.  Also many types of gutter guards installed
    and repaired.

  • Underground drainage systems installed with 4"
    solid schedule 40 PVC that can be cleaned out.


Interior

  • Remodeling: carpentry, demolition, painting, drywall
    (repairs and new installations), ceiling texture, minor
    plumbing and electrical.  Custom finish carpentry
    also available.

  • Flooring: ceramic tile, linoleum, laminates, hardwood
    flooring.


Exterior

  • Carpentry, soffits, fascia and siding repairs, replacing
    or repairing of doors and windows.

  • Landscaping: shredded bark, weeding, edging,
    tree/bush trimming and removal, storm clean up,
    mole removal, PVC drainage systems installed.

  • Decks:  new installations, additions, repairs, staining,
    etc.

  • Concrete: flat work, brick tuck point, chimney
    repairs, etc.

  • Moving: we have helped move individual pieces of
    furniture and we have done complete moves across
    town including the packing and cleaning.

  • Christmas lights installed and taken down.

  • Snow removal: we are not plowing at this time (next
    year) but clearing roof snow, walkways, salting
    walkways, etc.
